Position: Customer Service Representative

Description: Handle incoming/outgoing customer service telephone calls and support through email. Will be required to assist customers with all areas of their account and provide additional products for consideration.

Requirements: Must have at least 3 years prior customer service and sales experience.

Position: Service Consultant

Description: Service consultants will be responsible for preparing information for client accounts, assisting clients with questions regarding their products/services ordered, completing projects in a timely manner.

Requirements: Previous customer service, data entry experience, basic business experience.
